"Our stories" 2017-2018
Created a life size book which allows the audience to interact, walking in to read various newspaper clippings. After a moment they are able to write their own stories and adding it to the collective.  A dance piece was also included to this showing that we can not exist on our own. Our life stories could not exist without our friends and family, we need one another in this life.

 "Future Foretold", 2019
Taking inspiration from George Orwell's book, 1984 and Aldous Huxley's, Brave New World.
The concept is that this one message of the worlds corruption has been foretold and seen from both past and future people. One message written in different fonts, paper and from different time periods are stitched together to form the whole warning of how the world will become unrecognizable and controlled from a superior power.
A soundscape also accompanies this visual piece when presented in person.
"String Theory", 2019
This piece holds the idea that every piece of string is a negative or positive thought. Yellow= positive, green = negative, white= calm/ neutral
Audience members are asked to take their time and walk through.
As you walk through the strings, your mind begins to clear with one simple question on your mind, "What is at the end? What is the point?"
Finally you're faced with a mirror and a question, "Do you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be?"
My question is, "Do you?"
"I give, you take. You leave, I wilt." 2022
This project began with me wanting to create a metal tree by using the techniques of blacksmithing. I gave this piece this title because I want people to kind of see this tree and think about the relationship between these chemically created flower and a man-made tree. What that imposes on the world. We take advantage of mother nature, never giving back to her. The tree almost acts like a protector for the flowers as you might hurt yourself reaching for them, but it can also be seen as a cage. The blue roses are meant to represent the unattainable idea of taking from the earth without any repercussions.
